Projekt

The project intends to create the room for international research and teaching experience exchange between the project partners on the neglected theme of teaching skill’s development of doctoral students in higher education. Preliminary research activity is going to be carried out for comparative analysis in order to prepare the expert meeting and to establish the process of programme development. Textbook is going to be written for supporting leaders, academics and doctoral students in implementing teaching development programmes. Professionals from Hungary, Poland and Slovakia are going to collaborate in the realization of the project providing different level of expertise in the field that can stimulate learning from each other.

Main project objectives and outcomes:

  • professional learning and experience exchange – the exchange of involved partner’s knowledge and experiences related to teaching development in higher education based on research results conducted previously to the expert meeting
  • programme development – summer school programme development for doctoral students focusing on their teaching roles, attitudes and beliefs supporting their learning based on international comparison –
  • working out materials – creating a textbook for doctoral schools including details about the developed programme, and other resources supporting doctoral students learning
