The project intends to create a space for the exchange of international research and teaching experience between the project partners and will focus on the under-researched theme of pedagogical development for doctoral students in higher education. Preliminary research is going to be carried out for comparative analysis and will be used to prepare the expert meeting and to establish the process of programme development. A textbook is going to be written for supporting leaders, academics and doctoral students on the topic of implementing teaching development programmes. Professionals from Hungary, Poland and Slovakia are going to collaborate in the realization of the project, each providing different levels of expertise in the field, which will foster learning amongst one another.
